This morning I taught a hula workshop up at Manoa Paradise Park to nineteen young women from Tokyo.

The class was only two hours long, so that means that after warm-up stretches and technique drills on footwork, they actually had only one hour to learn the choreography to this song.

The song they learned was "Do The Hula", which just so happens to be the song I danced and posted last night, but I think it is a lot more fun to share this happy dance with others.
